Saga of Lucimia - Old school MMO

I joined a start-up company that's making an MMORPG about a year and a quarter ago. We're doing it in our free time. It's been an interesting journey so far. The first year or so I was mostly working on promotional materials for our crowd funding effort, (posters, t-shirts, and a trailer which will be released in full sometime).
Now I'm deep into concept art and loving it. I've been designing the look for a society called the Elenhi and I'll post my work once I get the nod from the producers. I'm excited

I have recently graduated college so... now what?
I'm finally getting around to uploading everything. And then, who knows? It's wonderful to be free of assignments with restrictions and deadlines but it does have a downside. I am left floundering in an ocean of possibilities. Which of these millions of things is the most important? Do I want to do that important thing or a sketch, just because I can? I want to improve in many areas but which one should I work on first?

HELP!!!!!!!! My submissions keep coming up sideways! I've tried changing the orientation of the files but it doesn't fix it! does anyone have any ideas?
